How do I get my mother to stop smoking inside?

My mother quit smoking for about 14 days then started back up again. I get migraines so she promised me she and her husband would smoke outside. Well, tonight they said that they cannot smoke outside because it is cold. I told her that if she didn’t smoke she wouldn’t have that problem. Being around cigarette smoke gives me terrible migraines, ones that a lot of times prevent me from going to school. I would think that she could be courteous enough to smoke outside knowing that I get headaches but smokers only think about themselves as far as I am concerned. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to try and convince her to smoke outside so I don’t miss school? And to anyone who wants to say she pays the bills, she has the right to smoke in the house, know that she gets money from the government as does her husband for mental illness so she does not work or pay the bills. I have threatened sleeping outside and quitting school (even though I am good in school) and nothing helps. She is saying now that she wants to emancipate me because she doesn’t want to smoke outside. Thanks in advance.
I don’t just get them from cigarette smoke but the smoke is one thing that does give them to me.
A lot of people die from second-hand smoke. They also develop cancer and heart-disease from it. So the person who commented I doubt anyone has ever died from it is completely wrong.
