The Connections Between Alzheimer’s, Sleep Disorders and Headaches

The pain caused by migraines is well known amongst those who suffer, especially if they occur frequently. When a headache occurs, the veins and cells all around the brain are swelling up. They are then forced against the surrounding nerves which causes the pain.

Studies prove that once a headache or migraine sets in, the brain requires much more oxygen than it has been receiving.

Studies also indicate that migraines leave damage to the brain in the form of lesions. One type of lesion is often found in people who have Alzheimer’s.

Besides the link between migraines and Alzheimer’s, additional studies reveal links between Alzheimers and sleep apnea.

It makes sense that a variety of conditions are related and even worsen each other. Ive published articles reviewing links between migraines and sleep disorders. Both of these conditions are worsened (or even created) because of the lack of oxygen to the brain. Alzheimers too is connected to a brain in dire need of oxygen.

As Alzheimer’s can contribute to poor sleep, any sleep apnea or other sleep disorders can be worsened.

Some very encouraging news is that studies have found that people who are treated for sleep apnea, are also finding relief for Alzheimers symptoms especially when oxygen therapy is involved.

Especially noteworthy is that cognition and memory show improvement.

In addition, sleeping more soundly helps with the occurrence of migraines. So, understanding that a link amongst all of these conditions is important.

I am very proud to let you know that I will soon be releasing Alzheimers Program. It is all natural and focuses on the improving oxygen flow to the brain. It is also very easy to get started.
